Delivery Information
All orders placed through our our website are dispatched on a weekday. We aim to dispatch any orders placed before 1.30pm on the same day. However, at times of high demand this may not always be possible.
Should you order items that are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss options and resolve the problem. It is a rare occurrence for items on the website to be available when they are out of stock – we take regular stock checks to prevent this from happening.
All UK Mainland deliveries (excluding certain areas in the Scottish Highlands) will be sent using the method of your choice at checkout. Deliveries to certain areas of the Highlands, and UK non-Mainland addresses (ie. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc.), may be made by other means and may not be Next Working Day Delivery – they may, however, still require a signature. If you would like more information on this, please contact the office at [email protected].
All orders to non-UK addresses should be arranged directly with the office, rather than through the website. If you would like to order a product to a non-UK address, please e-mail [email protected] for more information and direction on this matter. Please note as the UK is no longer part of the European Union, your country’s customs/border agency may apply new duties, taxes or customs fees to ship the parcel into your country. Should this be the case you will be responsible for paying these fees.

Please be aware that if you are happy to have deliveries left with neighbours or in a safe place, it is up to you to inform DPD when they contact you to let you know your delivery is on its way. Cheer World UK cannot accept responsibility for any deliveries where the requirement for a signature is changed, or any problems associated with items being left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
